.Strawberry Dessert Martini
Estimated time: 5 minutes for 4 servings
In a martini glass (I prefer stemless), layer:
1/2 cup fat free vanilla yogurt
1/4 cup blueberries (optional)
1/2 cup sliced strawberries

Hands-On Time: 10 minutes
Total Time: 10 minutes + freezing time

Ingredients:
2 bananas
1 1/2 ounces semisweet or bittersweet chocolate
1 teaspoon expeller-pressed nut oil (such as almond) or extra-light olive oil
3 tablespoons finely chopped raw peanuts (3/4 ounce)
Directions:
1. Line a small pan with parchment paper or a nonstick liner. Cut each banana into 6 or 8 equal pieces. Stick a toothpick or lollipop stick into the end of each piece, place in the pan, and put in the freezer to freeze solid.

2. Place the chocolate in a glass 1-cup measure and microwave in 30-second increments, stirring between each, until melted. Add the oil and stir until very smooth.
3. Place the peanuts in a small bowl. Dip the banana pieces halfway into the melted chocolate and shake off the excess. Dip just the end of the banana in the peanuts.
4. Return the bananas to the freezer for 15 minutes to set the chocolate, then store in an airtight container in the freezer. Have 3 large or 4 small bonbons per serving (depending on how you cut the banana).

Chocolate is one of the tongues favorite.Once you get that perfect combination of smooth and luscious taste in your mouth , you can't help but long for more.No-wonder chocolate was once used as a currency .According to the legend ,an Aztec leader would use a golden cop to drink his chocolate and then throw the cup away.Cocoa beans may have been more precious than gold...

Who here like  peaches?

Most of us know all about that round juicy fruit with downy

yellowish-red skin and a rough stone. Some of us even love

this Chinese origin fruit. Its toothsome ,watery taste lives your

mouth feeling refreshed ,but did you know...The seed of a peach

 contains an almond-like

nut containing the anti-

cancer medicine laetrile.Peaches, nectarines,

plums, apricots all

these species contain high concentrations of

a chemical known

aslaetrile. It's also known as amygdalin or

vitamin B-17.

Research has shown that laetrile induces

programmed cell death

in cancer cells while leaving healthy cells

alone.

To all the coffee lovers out there.Lucky for us the days of picking only between a cup of decaf or regular are gone. All over the globe different types of coffee beans are grown. What can i say coffee has gotten an upgrade. The new generation of coffee means most of us will have our own favorite and least favorite type of coffee. Some people like it strong some like it sweet ,just depends on the person .

Have you heard of the most expensive coffee in the world?

For those who haven't its called 'Kopi luwak' it is
an Indonesian production
ˈkopi ˈlu.aʔ]).
 varying from $115,- to $590,- per 500 grams,£70 cup,

.Kopi luwak is the most luxurious coffee in the world. The luak, that’s a small catlike animal, gorges after dark on the most ripe, the best of our crop. It digests the fruit and expels the beans, which our farm people collect, wash, and roast, a real delicacy. Something about the natural fermentation that occurs in the luak’s stomach seems to make the difference.
